These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the merchantgrowth.co.uk website and the services provided by Merchant Growth ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Merchant Growth provides Google Ads management, Google Shopping management, Google Merchant Center management, Performance Max management, product feed optimisation and related digital advertising services for UK ecommerce retailers.
3. Service Agreements
All services are provided on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific service terms, deliverables and pricing will be confirmed in a separate service agreement or proposal before work commences.
4. Payment
Fees are payable monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms, methods and any applicable VAT will be detailed in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to your Google Ads, Merchant Center and analytics accounts as required for us to deliver our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us and for maintaining adequate account security.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Merchant Growth and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we endeavour to provide high-quality services and accurate advice, we cannot guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service arrangement by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to accounts and data will be managed in accordance with the service agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
